Kool Limited provides a 1-year warranty on selected items, effective from the date of purchase, ensuring the product is free from manufacturing and material defects. Please refer to the following terms for details on the warranty.
We will provide after-sales support if the product requires servicing due to manufacturing defects. If the product is discontinued, an equivalent replacement will be offered. When returning a product, please include the original purchase receipt, email order, or a document showing proof of purchase date for verification. Kool Limited reserves the right to amend the warranty terms without prior notice.
The warranty does not cover the following cases:
- Failure to provide the original purchase receipt or proof of purchase date, or if the submitted documents are altered.
- Damage caused by improper use, failure to follow the product instructions, or non-compliance with the care and maintenance guidelines.
- Damage resulting from accidents, misuse, or abuse.
- Issues such as scratches, dirt buildup, or discolouration caused by improper cleaning, maintenance, or overheating.
